Widmer's attorneys file appeal for fourth trial

LEBANON, Ohio (WDTN) - A Warren County man who is accused of killing his wife in the bathtub is hoping for a chance at a fourth trial.

Attorneys for Ryan Widmer filed a second appeal, claiming prosecutors withheld evidence of misconduct by the lead investigator in the case.

Widmer is accused of drowning his wife Sara in their Hamilton Township home in 2008.
