Second trial for shaken baby charge

SPRINGBORO, Ohio (WDTN) - A Springboro man is on trial a second time accused of seriously injuring a toddler.

Jason Milby, 30, is accused of shaking his fiance's son in July 2011.  Prosecutors say the shaking was so severe that it left the boy in a vegetative state.

The first trial ended after the jury could not reach a verdict.

He is on trial again for child endangering and assault.

The trial is expected to last all week.
