LEBANON, Ohio (WDTN) - Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney spoke to a crowd of about 7,000 people Saturday at The Golden Lamb in Lebanon.
He talked a lot about the economy and job creation.
"Paul Ryan and I have a plan that's going to get America to create 12 million jobs in four years and get take home pay up," explains Romney.
Romney also discussed his healthcare plan which was met with loud cheers.
"Up to 20 million people are going to lose it. Employers are dropping people from full-time jobs and putting them into part-time jobs in part because of Obamacare. If I get elected, we're going to repeal Obamacare and put in place real reforms to help hold down the cost of healthcare," says Romney.
And people came from all over the Buckeye State to show their support.
"I'm voting for Mitt Romney because I believe we definitely need a change. I don't like the direction our country is going and Mitt Romney is the best chance I see in the future," comments Terry Pendergraft of Eaton.
"I support better job opportunities. I'm very concerned about my 21-year-old who is having trouble getting a job, other college graduates and I think that Mitt Romney can help provide the jobs we need," says Sara Gilson of Lebanon.
Meanwhile, Romney's running mate Paul Ryan was in Youngstown Saturday campaigning. You can expect to see a lot of both men here in this battleground state in the days leading up to the November Presidential election.
