LEBANON, Ohio (WDTN) - The jury considering the fate of a murder suspect toured the scene Tuesday where a Warren County deputy died.

It came just before opening statements in the trial of Marcus Isreal.

Prosecutors told jurors Israel was driving recklessly when he plowed into Sergeant Brian Dulle last May.

Dulle was deploying stopsticks during a pursuit through Franklin and Lebanon.

Isreal's lawyer admits his client caused the crash that killed Dulle, but that Isreal was trying to escape and did not plan or intend to strike Dulle.
