SPRINGBORO, Ohio (WDTN) - Traffic on Interstate 75 southbound was brought to a standstill Friday afternoon due to an accident just north of SR 73 in Warren County.
The rollover crash involved just one car that came to rest on its top along the right side of the road.
Troopers had to close the freeway while CareFlight landed to transport the victim back to the hospital.
Witnesses told 2 NEWS that at one point, traffic was backed-up past the Austin Boulevard exit.
It was about 90 minutes before troopers completed their investigation and opened al lanes of traffic.
