FRANKLIN, Ohio (WDTN) - A Franklin home went up in flames Monday as power crews restored power following this weekend’s storms.

Firefighters say the house in the 600 block of Martha Drive caught fire when twisted power lines shorted against its metal siding.

The home was seriously damaged in the blaze. The Red Cross is assisting the family in finding another place to live.
