TURTLECREEK TWP., Ohio (WDTN) - A family of three escaped a fire that broke out in their home in the 2400 block of Brendel Street late Friday night.
Crews arrived to find a garage fully engulfed in flames with the fire spreading to the kitchen.
Firefighters worked quickly to extinguish the blaze and prevent it from spreading to other parts of the home.
Crews from Turtlecreek Township, Franklin Township, and the City of Lebanon responded to the scene.
Officials said the cause of the fire is under investigation, but it does not appear to be suspicious.
The house suffered fire and smoke damage. Damage is estimated at $75,000 to $100,000.
