LEBANON, Ohio (WDTN) - An apartment explosion in Lebanon will cost Duke Energy $500,000 in fines.
The November 2010 blast hurt seven people and caused $1-million dollars of damage to Steeple Chase Townhomes.
State officials say Duke's contractor failed to properly re-establish natural gas service to an apartment, then failed to investigate when the smell of gas was reported.
The following people have recently been booked into Jail. They may not have been convicted of the crimes they are charged with and are innocent until proven guilty.
