FRANKLIN TWP., Ohio (WDTN) - The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating after an ATV and Jeep Grand Cherokee collided.
The accident happened around 5:40 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Franklin Trenton and Franklin Madison Roads.
Troopers said 17-year-old Bradston Hardesty was driving his ATV south on Franklin Madison Road. He failed to stop at a stop sign and hit 44-year-old Robert Gentry driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee eastbound on Franklin Trenton Road.
Hardesty was taken by CareFlight to Miami Valley Hospital.
Gentry was uninjured and arrested for OVI.
The crash remains under investigation.
