BUTLERVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) - The Ohio State Highway patrol is investigating an ATV accident that claimed the life of one driver early Sunday morning.
According to troopers, 30-year-old Steven Cullen was driving his ATV east on Walnut Street around 1:15 a.m. When he turned onto Fourth Street, he lost control and was thrown from the vehicle. The ATV rolled and landed on top of him.
The Warren County Coroner pronounced Cullen dead at the scene.
Officials stated alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
Troopers said Cullen was not wearing a helmet.
The crash remains under investigation.
