SIDNEY, Ohio (WDTN) - A lawsuit filed by a Shelby County deputy against her boss was settled.

The county will pay $105,000 to settle a suit brought by former deputy Jodi Van Fossen.

She accused then Shelby County Sheriff, Dean Kimpel, and Capt. Michael Eilerman of sexual harrassment.

She accused them of creating a hostile, harrassing and intimidating work environment.

Neither side admitted any wrong doing.

Dean Kimpel is still facing criminal charges, accused of sexual battery against Van Fossen and misusing a work computer.
