Hardin-Houston AD will not be charged

HOUSTON, Ohio (WDTN) - No criminal charges will be filed against a local athletic director.

2 NEWS has confirmed that Jim Gooding of Hardin-Houston Local Schools will not face trial.

He was accused of inappropriate conduct with a female student.

Sheriff John Lenhart said there is no physical evidence to prove the allegations.

It will be up to the school board whether to take any further action.
