SIDNEY, Ohio (WDTN) - The athletic director of a Shelby County school district is accused of engaging in inappropriate conduct with a female student on school property.

Jim Gooding is on administrative leave from Hardin-Houston Local Schools.

Investigators say the girl told the high school principal about the incident Friday, February 8, 2013.

Sheriff John Lenhart confirms his office is investigating the allegations, but is not releasing any further information right now.
