Flipped semi blocks entrance to I-75

ANNA, Ohio (WDTN) - A freeway ramp in Shelby County is closed due to an accident.
The ramp from SR 119 to Interstate 75 north near Anna is blocked after a tractor-trailer flipped on its side Thursday morning.
Witnesses told 2 NEWS the semi was hauling scrap metal.
Information about the driver has not been released.
According to ODOT's Mandi Abner, the scene should be cleared and the ramp reopened by 1 p.m.
