SIDNEY, Ohio (WDTN) - A driver was airlifted to the hospital after he rolled his SUV Sunday morning
The Shelby County Sheriff's Office stated David Stephens was driving north in the 12000 block of Lochard Road after 6 a.m. when he went left of center, overcorrected, then went off the road and overturned several times.
Rescue crews had to extricate Stephens from his SUV.
Stephens was taken to Miami Valley Hospital by CareFlight for treatment.
The Shelby County Sheriff's Office, Port Jefferson Fire, Port Jefferson Rescue, and CareFlight all responded to the crash.
The accident remains under investigation.
