RICHMOND, Ind. (WDTN) - Indiana State Police said they busted the same meth lab for the second time in less than three months.

Troopers form their Meth Suppression Unit raided a residence at 137 SW 10th St. in Richmond Friday morning around 4:00.

They said they found chemicals used in making methamphetamine as well as raw methamphetamine and other drugs.

Jason Philbeck, 39, and Tonya Riehl, 30, were taken in to custody. Both were arrested at the same address on Nov. 18, 2011 on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine at the 10th St. home.

They were currently out on bond for those charges.
