GRATIS, Ohio (WDTN) - High waters swept a Preble County couple down stream Thursday night.
The creek in front of their house is usually only about 8 to 10 inches deep, but with all the rain, swelled to at least eight feet.
The couple attempted to drive through the water, but their car was carried downstream.
The trapped victims used cell phones to call 911.
After being rescued, the victims were taken to Atrium Medical Center to be checked for hypothermia.
They have since been treated and released.
The following people have recently been booked into Jail. They may not have been convicted of the crimes they are charged with and are innocent until proven guilty.
