EATON, Ohio (WDTN) - A Richmond, Ind. man has been arrested in connection to a theft from a business near New Paris.
Electrical cable was stolen Tuesday from property owned by US Aggregates on SR 121 at the Indiana/Ohio state line.
An investigation by the Preble County Sheriff's Office identified four suspects and lead to the arrest of 22-year-old Casey D. Conyers.
Deputies recovered the electrical cable from the trunk of the vehicle found in Richmond.
Conyers is charged with breaking and entering, theft, and obstructing justice.
The case is being reviewed by the Preble County Prosecutor’s Office for the filing of criminal charges against the three remaining suspects.
Preble County deputies were assisted by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
