CENTERVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) - Eight months of skimping and saving and learning just paid off for one family in the Wright-Patt Credit Union Savings Race 4.
The Allen family crossed the finish line first Tuesday evening. The winners were chosen live on WDTN-TV during 2 NEWS at 6:00 p.m.
They win $10,000 and save $1,500 on closing costs for a new home.
Ray and Bridget Allen are from Miami Township. They exceeded every goal in the race that helps lead them to a dream home.
Congratulations to the Allens and all of the families that participated in the Savings Race.
Savings Race 5 is already in the works. You'll hear more about it in the weeks and months ahead.
