DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Police in Dayton are investigating a bank robbery that occurred Friday afternoon.

The robbery happened at the Code Credit Union at 355 W. Monument Ave.

Witnesses told 2 NEWS the suspect, a black male wearing woman's gray suit, a wig, and carrying a white purse, entered the credit union around 2:00, and passed the teller a note demanding cash.

He did not display a weapon and the teller refused to turn over any money.

The suspect left the bank and was last seen running down Monument Avenue.

No injuries were reported.
