DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Dayton Mayor Gary Leitzell has proclaimed the week of June 18-24 as Wicked Week, bringing the Emerald City to the Gem City.

The special event is due in part to the overwhelming community support for the musical Wicked and its economic boost to the downtown economy.

Leitzell will serve as the celebrity host of a special drawing at the Schuster Center Winter Garden. Thanks to the Victoria Theatre Association and Mayor Leitzell, a special drawing will be held Tuesday, June 19 at 6 pm and award $25 tickets to lucky participants for the evening show.

 Wicked leaves town June 24.

For more information on the drawing, visit www.VictoriaTheatre.com. For tickets, visit www.TicketCenterStage.com.
