Wet roads cause driver to overturn

VANDALIA, Ohio (WDTN) - Slippery roads caused problems for one driver Sunday afternoon.

According to officials, the driver was traveling from U.S. 40 to Interstate 75 after noon. He sped up to beat traffic, lost control, and overturned his vehicle.

The driver was treated at the scene for his injuries. He is expected to be ok.

Officials advise drivers to slow down when roads are wet.

The accident remains under investigation.
