WEST CARROLLTON, Ohio (WDTN) - West Carrollton residents may have noticed a large construction crane towering over the water treatment plant on Pierce Avenue.
A major renovation of the city’s clearwell reservoir began September 4. The $1.2 million project is funded through a 20 year loan from the Ohio Water Development Authority. Officials hope to have the new clearwell operating by May 2013.
