HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) - The Montgomery County Water Department was dealing with at least seven different water main breaks early Friday morning-- one of which was creating a bit of a traffic hazard.
We talked to security officer, Jason Harrold from the Ramada Plaza on Wagner Ford Road around 3:00 a.m.
He said he was redirecting traffic after he saw several cars hydroplaning where the water main break was pooling water in the roadway.
We spoke to the county water department overnight. We were told crews were aware of the problem, and would be out to fix the break as soon as they could.
This area was just one of many that could turn to black ice. Drivers should be on the lookout as they head out for the morning.
