HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) - Friends, family and former and current students filled the Wayne High School gym on Sunday to say good-bye to a beloved Huber Heights teacher and coach.

James Muntz died of lung cancer this past week.

"He would be amazed if he looked around this room to see the lives that he has touched," one mourner told the crowd.

Those who knew him, say Muntz was much more than an educator and coach.

"James has always been an exceptional religious role model and his faith is reflected through his life and through his loved ones".

Muntz leaves behind a wife and three daughters.
