DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - An early morning water main break created headaches for morning commuters and city workers near downtown Dayton Thursday.
The first reports of the break came in around 4:30 near Monument Avenue and Webster Street.
Several inches of water filled the street before crews were able to shut off the flow. Police blocked the road for most of the morning.
