HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) - Dozens gathered in Huber Heights on Saturday morning to walk and raise awareness in the fight to stop child trafficking.

The Stop Child Trafficking Now (SCTNow) walk was held at Thomas Cloud Park.

Signs were posted throughout the park directing walkers where to go.

Sponsors provided water, food, and raffle prizes to those who participated in the event.

The mission at SCTNow is to fund efforts that target the demand side of child sex slavery.

SCTNow is a non-profit organization that educates thousands of individuals each year throughout the United States by holding local walks in many communities. SCTNow aids victims of child trafficking by partnering with programs that rescue, rehabilitate, and provide assistance to victims.
