DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Montgomery County officials hope to have most of the votes cast Tuesday counted between 11 p.m. and midnight.
The county Board of Elections outlined its plans to reporters in a news conference Tuesday. Once the electronic votes are tallied, they plan to move on to paper ballots.
If all goes according to plan, the board hopes to publish unofficial totals between 1 and 2 a.m. Wednesday.
Provisional ballots are an all together different story. By law, those ballots cannot be counted until Nov. 17.
Estimated Schedule
The Purple Passion 5K run/walk was held at Shawnee Park Saturday afternoon.
