TROTWOOD, Ohio - A driver missed a turn and instead slammed into a Trotwood eatery around 1 p.m. Saturday.

Police said the driver of a silver mini van was trying to turn left from State Route 49, but instead went straight, hit a ditch and then rammed into the KFC restaurant on Salem Avenue.

Two diners were inside the restaurant at the time.

The driver and two diners were taken to the hospital. They are all expected to be okay.

No word on what caused that driver to crash.
