DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The defense team for an embattled Dayton minister and civil rights leader wrapped up its case Wednesday.

Prosecutors say Raleigh Trammell stole thousands of dollars of taxpayer money from programs meant to feed the elderly.

He is charged with theft, forgery and tampering with records.

Closing arguments are expected to begin Thursday morning.
