DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - On Monday, November 19, at 9 a.m. the Second and Third street ramps leading to I-75 north from downtown Dayton will be closed.
This closure is part of the I-75 Modernization project and will be in effect until the opening of the newly constructed ramp in 2017.
ODOT officials have mapped out an official detour.
Drivers are urged to take Jefferson street, turn onto Monument Avenue, and then Main street to I-75.
Arrow boards and signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert drivers of the upcoming closure.
Drivers are asked to remain alert, reduce speeds and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zones.
