DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Artists from across the nation gathered in the Gem City Saturday and Sunday as Train, John Legend, Guster, Rusted Root, Dayton's very own Ohio Players and three dozen other acts rocked the crowds on 3 stages.
"It's been quite a successful weekend for our business and it's been a wonderful opportunity to come out here and to see the local community, advertise your local business and city," said Kaan Gokay, of iGo Wireless.
Mother nature also put on a show, the clouds parted and great weather took center stage.
Zack Withrow of Frickers on Woodman Drive appreciated the crowds, "I'm really enjoying the music and its great people"
Concert promoter Matt Luongo said the community support was amazing, "This is about everyone who is involved, from the businesses downtown, the residents to the City of Dayton, the downtown partnership, the charities we're supporting, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, the Stiver School of the Arts, everyone is going to benefit. We've had wonderful partners throughout the process.”
Official attendance numbers have not been released.
