DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - With an eye on politics and the upcoming debates, one of our nation's founding fathers took the podium Monday in Dayton.
Third president and primary author of the Declaration of Independence Thomas Jefferson spoke at the Dayton Rotary Club luncheon Monday. He was portrayed by a man named Bill Barker of Colonial Williamsburg.
Thomas Jefferson also stopped by Carillon Park to mark the bicentennial of the war of 1812.
