Miami Township, Ohio (WDTN) - Miami Township Police are thanking the quick response of an alert citizen that helped them make a quick arrest on four robbery suspects.

They say four teens tried to lead them on a chase after an early morning break-in at the Verizon Wireless store on Miamisburg-Centerville road.. across from the Dayton Mall.

Police say around midnight the four juveniles crashed rocks through the front window, grabbed several cell phones and took off, one on foot.

That alert citizen heard the glass breaking and called police who quickly swarmed the area, found the one suspect who got away on foot, hiding under a car.

Minutes later they found the other three suspects on Kingsridge Drive at the In Town Suites.

They now face charges of breaking and entering and receiving stolen property.
