HARRISON TWP., Ohio (WDTN) - A suspect is in custody after deputies say he broke in to the Radio Shack in the 3500 block of West Siebenthaler Avenue.

Devonntay Burney was arrested and and booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

Deputies arrived at the Radio Shack around 1:47 a.m. Sunday and discovered the store had been broken into and items had been taken from the store.

There were no suspects inside the store, but deputies found Burney in the area. When they tried to question him, he ran.

Officials said they caught up with him and discovered Burney had items from Radio Shack in his possession.

Burney has not been formally charged.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is still investigating the incident.
