Supplies needed for Isaac victims

VANDALIA, Ohio (WDTN) - A local church disaster group is collecting items for the victims of Hurricane Isaac.

The Churches of Christ Disaster Response Team is collecting supplies at two Miami Valley locations.

The VanHuber Church of Christ at 626 W. National Road in Vandalia is accepting donations Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm, ending September 15, 2012.

The other location is at 9285 State Route 202 in Tipp City. You can take donations there Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until Noon, ending September 14, 2012.

Here is a list of items needed:

-Personal care items (shampoo, toothpaste, soap etc.)

-New towels and washcloths

-Cleaning and laundry supplies

-Diapers/baby food/formula

-Linens

-School supplies/backpacks

-Mosquito Spray
