Sunday drive ends with crash into utility pole

JEFFERSON TWP, Ohio (WDTN) - A Sunday morning drive ended with a car crashing into a utility pole on Dayton Farmersville Rd. at Bridget Ave, in Jefferson Township.

Careflight transported the driver, who is expected to recover, to Miami Valley Hospital.

The driver, who was in a blue mini van, went off the right side of the road striking the utility pole.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office are handling the investigation, no word on a cause.
