HARRISON TOWNSHIP (WDTN) - A female high school student has been arrested and two men are being sought by Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies after another student was assaulted at Northridge High School Monday afternoon.

According to Major Dave Hale, the two students, a male and a female, got into a verbal argument. Hale said the female student told the male student she would have someone come to the school and "beat him up."

Soon after, two men who are not students at the school arrived and identified themselves as family members of the female student. Hale said they were escorted to a study hall classroom where they grabbed and punched the male student.

The 17-year-old female student taken into custody and Hale said she will be charged with complicity to assault and aggravated trespassing.

Deputies are still looking for the two men involved, one who they said is related to the girl.

The male was not seriously injured.
