Stewart Street & Brown Street intersection construction

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Beginning Tuesday, Nov. 13, Stewart Street between Brown Street and Alberta Street will be closed, according to Steve Finke, Assistant Director of Public Works for the City of Dayton.

Finke said the contractor for the Brown Street construction project will be completing the final pavement work within the intersection of Brown and Stewart Streets.

Brown Street and Stewart Street west of Brown Street will remain open.
 
A detour will be posted advising commuters to use Brown Street, Woodland Avenue, and Alberta Street.

Stewart Street is expected to reopen on Monday, November 19.
