HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) - A disgruntled customer is facing charges after leaving a hole in the front of a Taco Bell in Huber Heights Tuesday morning.

According to police, the suspect was arrested after driving his truck through the front window of the business - all over a 99 cent taco.

Police were able to follow a trail of fluids to the man's house about two miles from the restaurant.  Sergeant Chris Kash said the man admitted to hitting the building because the drive-thru employees got his order wrong.

"The damage he's done to the business is vandalism," said Sgt. Chris Kash of the Huber Heights Police Department. "This is a brand new store. They just built this and opened it maybe six months ago."

Police are not identifying the suspect until formal charges are filed; however, shortly after his arrest, Michael Smith, 23, appeared on the Montgomery County Jail on vandalism charges.  According to jail records, Smith was arrested from the Taco Bell address at 6500 Chambersburg Road.
