DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Do not adjust your screen. There is a sea of red at the Dayton Art Institute and it is on purpose.
The women were dressed their best for a photo shoot for the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women campaign.
Area businesswomen and volunteers donned the bright color in support of the American Heart Association. They are all members of the Circle of Red and Red Tie Society, high level donors and supporters.
The Go Red campaign is in its tenth year. It is designed to make women aware of the fact that heart disease is their number one killer.
Professional photographers snap the official photos every year. It will be used throughout the year in various forms. You might spot them on billboards, advertisements and event one-sheets.
