Shooting suspect surrenders to police

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A man accused in a shooting and police standoff has turned himself into police.

Police told 2 NEWS 25-year-old Bellian Marshall shot a man during an argument over a woman Friday.

Officers tracked the gunman to a house off Helena Street.

Not wanting to take any chances, SWAT was called.

After five hours, the SWAT team entered the home.

 Marshall was nowhere to be found.

Its not clear if he'll face charges related to the standoff.

The shooting victim is expected to survive.
