DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Sinclair Community College police issued a safety alert Monday after a report of a sexual assault near the downtown campus.
It happened Sunday morning near Building 20 at Germantown Street and the I-75 overpass.
Dayton police say the suspect assaulted a male juvenile then took off.
A student we spoke with says he feels safe on campus, but that there could be more security.
"Too many students coming over here that does not go here, that goes down there, should not be here and starts stuff with other students and effect their learning service and stuff," said David Davies, Sinclair student.
The suspect is described as a black male with a medium complexion, black hair and brown eyes.
He stands 5'8" or 5'9" and is in his 20s.
He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans and black gym shoes.
Call Crime Stoppers at 222-7867 if you have any information.
