DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A serial flasher is back at it on the streets of Dayton.

Investigators say the man struck for the 20th time since 2010 on Monday night.

Two women were walking in the 600 block of Oxford Avenue when they say they heard noises, then saw the man with a shirt over his face, performing a sex act between two vacant homes.

The women say the man started walking toward them, but ran away when they pulled out their cell phone to record a video.

Investigators say this incident is similar to several others that have occurred recently in the area and the search is on for the suspect.

"We're looking for a black male, very dark complected, 35-45 years of age, 250-300 lbs., large stomach, who usually pulls his t-shirt over his head and is usually wearing basketball shorts. If anybody sees this individual, usually near a vacant house, please call police right away," said Cayce Cantrell, Crime Stoppers.

Call Crime Stoppers at 222-7867 if you know anything about this crime. You could receive a cash award.
