KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) - High school seniors and senior citizens hit the dance floor in Kettering Thursday evening.

"It don't matter if you're young or you're old, we're going to show you how it goes, " said one dancer.

The dance at Fairmont High School is part of the Seniors Helping Seniors project.

The students spent a lot of time this week hanging out and helping our area's elderly.

The dance was a culmination of those events.  It included a showing of Buckeye pride.

The Seniors helping Seniors project receives grant money from the Community Foundation for Kettering and Partners for Healthy Youth.
