Second homicide suspect in court

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A second suspect charged in a Dayton homicide went before a judge Thursday.
A not guilty plea was entered in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court for Mitchell Gray, Jr., 21. His bond was set at $1-million.
Linda Kay, 23, is also charged with murder in the shooting death of Robert Munday II. The shooting happened on Genesse Avenue back in May.
Kay is in jail waiting on her next court appearance.
