Riverside lending a hand to victims of Sandy

RIVERSIDE, Ohio (WDTN) - The city of Riverside along with the Church of Christ in Tipp City will hold a collection for the victims of Hurricane Sandy.

The collection drive will take place from 3-6 p.m. Sunday at the Riverside City Building located at 1791 Harshman Road.

Folks will be collectinng baby supplies, pet food, backpacks, school supplies, undergarments, personal hygiene products, among other items.

Riverside Mayor Bill Flaute will also be helping out at Sunday's collection.

All items donated will be sent to the victims of Sandy.
