Rieder sex sting trial delayed

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The trial is now on hold for another man charged with rape alongside Kenneth Brandt.
Investigators say Patrick Rieder answered an online ad placed by Brandt to have sex with Brandt's son.
2 NEWS has learned a motion to suppress was filed Monday.
A new trial date will be set when he goes to court for that decision in July.
