RICHMOND, Ind. (WDTN) - A two-state police chase ended with a woman being stunned with a stun gun in Montgomery County.
The Richmond, Indiana Police Department initiated the chase after spotting who they thought was a drug suspect wanted on warrants. It reached speeds in excess of 100-miles per hour.
The chase traveled along Interstate 70, over the state line into Ohio before coming to an end on Dayton-Greenville Pike (SR 49). The driver stopped at a home thought to be a family member. She had to be stunned to get her under control.
Another woman in the car bailed out along the way on I-70. We're told she does not face charges right now.
The driver faces several connected to the chase. She is being held in the Preble County Jail.
