DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The Red Cross along with the Dayton Area Chapter of Young Professionals Board held their annual basket wrapping party to prepare for the Great Escape event.

The Great Escape is an after-hours networking event, cocktail party, and silent auction where local residents can support disaster relief and preparedness in the Miami Valley.

Saturday, folks prepped all the silent auction items for the big event.

The Great Escape will be held Friday, November 10, at 6 p.m. at the Dayton Country Club.

Tickets may be purchased in advance for $40 by contacting the chapter at (937) 222-6711, ext. 182. Tickets will be available the day of the event at the door for $45.00.
